It's like a brand new home and in immaculate condition! First floor has spacious open living/dining room area w/ cathedral ceiling fan, sunny kitchen, dining area has French doors that open to a large furnished deck, full bathroom with washer and dryer, two bedrooms (one has queen bed and the other twin beds). Three years ago, a new mahogany deck and outdoor shower we added!! Great location for biking and private beach access to Lucy Vincent and Squibbnocket beaches with pass. Only 1 mile to Alley's General Store and the Granary, 2 miles to the beach! Rates include $150 cleaning fee.
