Take a ride on Martha's Vineyard's famous bicycle path or a nature walk on the marked nature preserve that leads down to Sengetacket Pond overlooking Nantucket Sound.

Family beaches are so close! Bend In The Road Beach (State Beach, Nantucket Sound) is just 1.5 miles and South Beach (Atlantic Ocean) is 3 miles at the end of the bike path.
We offer three identical 3 bedroom, 2 bath skylit contemporary homes and one small 2 bedroom ranch to accommodate your whole party. Each home is situated on it's one 1.2 acre wooded plot which offers privacy yet convenience. Every home is modern, clean and pet friendly. All feature outdoors showers and wrap decks to maximize your vacation in the sun.
3 BEDROOM HOME DESCRIPTION:
Each 3 bdrm, 2 bath contemporary home features beamed, vaulted cathedral ceilings. Five skylights grace these homes with beautiful hardwood oak floors throughout.
Enjoy the upstairs master suite which features a large bedroom with venting skylight, king size bed, color cable TV with remote and DVD, clock radio, cordless phone and private bathroom and shower (with venting skylight) and loads of closet space.
Downstairs in each 3 bedroom, you will find two bedrooms and a hall bath. DOWNSTAIRS BED ARRANGEMENTS: One home features two twin bedrooms downstairs. The second home has two full bedrooms downstairs and the third includes both a twin and a full bedroom. Your choice to suit your families needs!
The skylit living room is large, open, bright and airy with a color cable TV, DVD/VCR, AM/FM tape stereo and two futon that pull out for additional sleeping.
Sliding glass doors from the living room lead directly to a huge sun deck. The deck wraps around two sides of the house and is over 40 feet long with seating all around, picnic tables and a barbecue.
The fully equipped skylit kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. We have Farberware pots and pans, a Mr. Coffee. and a blender.
The kitchen is conveniently located next to the skylit dining room and deck. The dining room table easily sits 8 adults.
2 BEDROOM DESCRIPTION: The fourth home is a small two bedroom, one bath. This cottage is cute and cozy yet modern with fully equipped kitchen that includes dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Each bedroom features queen beds. The living area has two futons to accommodate additional guests.
