Surrounded by woods on 3/4 of an acre, our home offers clean, attractive accommodations in a quiet, private setting that is centrally located 1.5 miles to popular South beach, 1.5 miles to historic Edgartown Village and across the street is the entrance to the Edgartown Great Pond. Perfect for families, couples and friends, you and your guests will enjoy all the comforts of our nonsmoking, pet free home. There are 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms, all made up with fresh linens and clean towels waiting for your arrival. Use the bikes in the basement for an easy ride to the beach or to the Katama General store for fresh baked muffins in the AM. After a day at the beach, stop by Morning Glory farm to pick up some fresh corn and tomatoes for dinner. The BBQ grill and dining area on the large outside deck are the perfect spot roasting your corn and hanging out for dinner. After dinner, wash all the salt and suntan lotion off in the private outdoor shower. The house is furnished with all modern conveniences including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed cable internet access, cable TV, hard wood floors, tile bathrooms and a washer/dryer.
