In addition to traditional events including the much anticipated holiday parade, photos with Santa, and Chowder Contest, there will also be wreath making workshops, holiday nature crafts and a cookie tasting contest. Or, visit Edgartown's historic churches and inns, resplendent in their holiday finery. Programs of Christmas music and family concerts will also be offered. While shopping, enjoy wine, hot drinks and tasty treats, both sweet and savory offered by Edgartown's friendly merchants.

Shoppers looking for unique gifts can visit the Handmade from the Heart Sale, the Holiday Arts and Crafts Show and church fairs featuring rummage sale items. The Minnesingers, once again, cast their magical spell at the historic Whaling Church, as they perform Holiday favorites.
For Kids of All Ages
Activities for kids include a treasure hunt and appearances and photo-ops with Santa. Local shops and other businesses greet visitors with cider, hot chocolate and treats. There are raffles, book-signings, craft workshops, and open houses at galleries, banks and realtors, as well as the Main Street inns.
