Fireworks Cruise tickets
These cost only $35 and include admission aboard the NE Fast Ferry and a Last Night First Day button good for events and discounts throughout the weekend. This year there will be a taco bar, dancing and the best view of the fireworks display over Vineyard Haven harbor. A cash bar will be available. Music by the JC Jazz Trio. Tickets are selling quickly and are limited in number - contact the Chamber of Commerce to purchase yours today. 508.693-0085.

Last Night First Day Buttons
These are your admission to scheduled activities and for discounts at participating local merchants. Buttons are priced at $12.00 after 12/26 ~ Students & Seniors (65 and over) $10.00 after 12/26 and can be purchased at the following locations: Chamber of Commerce, Martha's Vineyard Online, Bunch of Grapes, Mocha Motts, The Mail Room, Alley's General Store & Island Entertainment.

Buy your raffle tickets (5 for $5)  at Last Night, First Day venue locations and on the Fireworks Cruise and take a chance to enjoy Boston in style while helping the Tisbury Volunteer Ambulance Association.
The raffle drawing will be held at the end of the Crazy Zany Hat Parade at the SSA parking lot on January 1st.  Winners will be announced on WMVY radio on New Year’s Day and on MVOL.com.  To claim your prize, call the Tisbury Ambulance barn at 508-696-4214.

  • 11:00 a.m. The Absentminded Professor at the Katherine Cornell Theatre ~Doors open at 11:00 a.m. movie starts at 11:30 a.m. Children under 10 free when accompanied by an adult with a button.
  • 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Welcome Center open from 1:00 p.m. on Main Street by the Capawock Theater, Main Street. Come get warm, pick up a schedule, purchase your Last Night First Day Buttons. Public Restrooms available and music right next door. Our Welcome Center is a great place to rest so you can enjoy your night!
  • 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Trains and Trees at Fourway Carriage House Building Franklin Street, Vineyard Haven. The art of electric trains is alive and well at this fabulous display. Plus a 24 foot tree, cider & cookies!
  • 3:30 p.m. - 4:50 p.m. Open Skate at the Martha's Vineyard Ice Arena  $2 admission with Button. Skate rentals $3.00.
  • 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Island Cove Mini Golf ~ Talk about Golf!  Discounted game with your Last Night First Day Button
  • 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Corrine deLangavant & Friends, Singer/Songwriter Nancy Jephcote and The Flying Elbows! New Years Eve at the Vineyard Market & Deli. This acoustic music extravaganza is very popular and finishes with a bang and your elbows swinging! Followed by surprise musical guests!
  • 5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. IMPERS! The famous WIMP Comedy Improv team young persons troupe appears at the Katharine Cornell Theater
  • 5:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish: New Years Eve at the Katherine Cornell Theatre ~ Show starts at 5:45 p.m. Johnny and the boys are at their best on New Years! Don't miss it!
  • 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m Tristan Israel/Paul Thurlow at the Sail Martha’s Vineyard Center. Folk and blues with a country accent, topical, sometimes humorous lyrics by local favorite.
  • 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m  Mark Lovewell Musical Stories about the sea as performed by a descendant of an old Martha’s Vineyard whaling family. At the Unitarian-Universalist Society.
  • 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.  Lucy Vincent Feel good rock/acoustic/funk from the Vineyard’s own at the Katherine Cornell Theater.
  • 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Grease!  the Sing-along version Join in the fun at the Capawock Theater. Perform along with John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John and friends with the classic for all ages.
  • 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Vineyard Belly Dance & Review at the Unitarian Church. Same place same time, back by popular demand! This is a great show and family friendly!
  • 7:45 p.m. - 9:45 p.m. Tisbury Ambulance Association Fireworks Cruise aboard New England Fast Ferry ~ Set Sail New Years Eve from the SSA Dock. Last year everyone who went said "we'll be back next year!" They had so much fun, the food was great, and everyone danced till the first bang. The JC Jazz Trio will get the crowd warmed up for the big fireworks display over Vineyard Haven Harbor. Tickets sold separately and in advance at the MV Chamber of Commerce Offices, Beach Road Vineyard Haven (across from the firehouse) $35.00 per person benefits the Tisbury Ambulance Association. Ticket price includes taco bar, dancing and a button to all events.
  • 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Maynard Silva and Friends at The Sail Martha's Vineyard Center Main Street across from Owen Park. A new venue for one of our favorite Last Night First Day performances featuring Maynard and Milo Silva and guitarist Paul Size.
  • 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m IMPact Teen Improv Laugh along with the antics of the teen improv group at the Katherine Cornell Theater.Come early, this popular show has sold out in the past.
  • 9:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Fireworks Display over Vineyard Haven Harbor (rain date New Years Night). This is the fireworks show not to be missed! Thank you Ernie Boch Jr. and family for continuing to support Tisbury's Ambulance Service and our fireworks show!
  • 9:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. Outerland Party Featuring Willie Mason and Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish Rock out with the island’s favorite blues band. Then watch the ball drop on Time’s Square on two big screens. Champagne and dessert bar included in the $20 admission price ($5 off with Last Night/First Day button)
