Grab and Go Gourmet
Standard snacking items like homemade hummus and baba ghanoush, stuffed grape leaves and sesame noodles are always available from the deli case, and everything is made in-house daily. Also on hand are specialties like the Aroncinis; Translated from the Italian for "little orange" these savory delights are a blend of vegetable risotto and mozzarella and parmesan. Breaded and fried, the Aroncinis are crispy on the outside, gooey and brimming with flavor on the inside. Always ready for reheating at lunch and dinner, these specialty "orange size" treats can also be ordered as minis for entertaining.

Custom Catering
Gourmet sides like the green beans with garlic, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes (one of Douglas' favorites) will certainly make an impression as a contribution to a pot luck. "We had a woman tell us that she lied and said she made one of our dishes herself," says Leslie. "We love that." Louis' is fully licensed for off-site catering while some customers prefer designing custom to-go orders for dinners or cocktail parties.

Party planning is something that Louis' husband and wife team really enjoy. Douglas, with 25 years kitchen experience, is also the head chef at Meditteranean. His background combined with a joy in creating make him great at preparing the elements for every kind of theme party. A recently catered Thai party for twelve met with rave reviews. His expertise extends from classic French to Chinese, Greek to Italian, Mexican, etc. Whether you're looking for an interesting array of appetizers to accompany a holiday roast or a full dinner menu, Douglas is happy to accommodate your entertaining plans for every budget.
